We get asked regularly to machine some pretty unique items, but this may be the first time we have evolved a basic household item into literal art. These drink coasters will be a full set of 12 when completed. They are milled from solid 304 stainless steel bar sized at 4" square and a full 1/2" thick. At 27 ounces each it is safe to assume these will not cling to the bottom of a glass in the Summer time, but if they do, better watch out for your feet! Thanks to the Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry for modeling them. It's my beverage choice everyday to start my shop work days.

Greetings, folks! It's been one hell of a Winter here in Vermont. For those paying attention it has been about 10 months since our last social media post. No excuses, we just suck at it. It has taken me several times over several days to try and write this.

Our shop has machined several different memorial items over the last 20 years, but few have been as difficult to create as this one. When the person being memorialized was a family member you grew up together with it hits in a whole different way. This small coin will serve as a tangible reminder of all our loss. The heartbeat was hand traced from the last symbol provided from the hospital of her heart monitor.

We have been fortunate enough to have a lot of outside business come our way, but that also creates a difficult situation when it comes to managing our shop items inventory. In between two larger jobs I was able to squeeze in some titanium time! For those that have asked when titanium D6 and "balanced" dice would be back, the time is NOW! Greetings, all! Today's post will be a first for us. Instead of bringing a product to market via online stores we are going to offer these up for sale via social media. These massive game dice are CNC machined from solid bar. One is 6061 aluminum, one is 360 brass, and the last one is 304 stainless steel. They are precision machined to 1.900" square and feature a hand brushed finish. They are UNCOATED, so the aluminum and brass will patina naturally over time. The aluminum weighs 10.2 ounces, the stainless weighs, 1 pound 13.8 ounces, and the brass weighs a whopping 2 pounds!

Our shop has always had the blessing of clients that share our core vision. The goal is always flawless form with perfect function. Anything less is unacceptable. We always want to exceed expectations, both in quality and in price. We sure as hell won't be retiring wealthy, but the pride and respect we earn from every job completed is a paycheck all it's own. Just dropping a quick photo of a product we don't get to keep in stock very often. We are blessed with several clients that keep us pretty busy, so our shop inventory items deplete quickly. This was a small batch of our SKS extended mag releases we were able to squeeze in between contract work. It's not many, and several have already sold. Doing a quick photo drop of a recent project. The client needed a few special created key drivers, so we whipped up some in stainless steel. We added a bit more structural integrity while we were at it. Was a pretty fun little project for sure.

Hello, all! Just dropping a quick pic of a fun project from last week. A local automobile enthusiast and friend of the shop is currently building their version of a badass classic Dodge Power Wagon. Upgrading gauges is always a good thing, and we were asked to help out with the bezel portion of the project. A thin layer of stainless steel will trim the new gauges out beautifully! We are looking forward to the full project reveal, hopefully later this year!

Just a quick post of a cool project from a last week. A local Jeep enthusiast is adding some heavy duty axles to their ride, and want to maintain the ABS fumction. A quick machine job on the tone ring ID and a step press OD on the hub and it's good to go! It's always nice to be able to be part of someone's custom build, and over the years we have had the honor of being involved in A LOT of them!

Happy New year, folks! Just dropping a quick pic of a recent project we completed. It is always great to help someone finish a rebuild project, but it means a little bit more when it is also for a friend. These replacement bushings are just another example of when older equipment is no longer supported by the manufacturer. These bushings are discontinued, so we opted to CNC machine these from hardened 4140 on our Hurco VM5i. They look pretty damn sweet!

Our shop has no min or max for part orders, so don't hesitate to reach out for just one item or 10,000 items. We will always do our best to be fair priced, reasonable turn around times, and the best possible quality.
