Our broad assortment of state of the art equipment combined with extremely talented and creative machinists allows us to offer precise workmanship, quality products and quick turn-around times on a wide variety of products. We offer job shop machining services whether it be a high production job or a one of a kind item. We have 5 CNC Turning Centers and 6 Milling Centers. We have manual
machining capabilities as well, with the old school talent to match. Our CNC operators are highly trained in the most current software and machine technologies. Some of our account representatives also have a machining background to assist our customers with their every need. Waterjet
3 computer controlled abrasive waterjet cutting machines. 2 of them are located in our Clackamas Oregon facility and the other in our Eastern Oregon facility in Harper Oregon known as the High Desert facility. The High desert machine is a Flow with 87,000 PSI of cutting power and has a bed size of 72" X 144". It can cut material up to 8" thick. The two machines at the corporate headquarters in Clackamas are both Flow machines. One has 87,000 PSI of cutting power and has a very large bed size of 72" x 288". The other machine is 5 axis capable and can cut up to a 60 degree angle; it has 94,000 PSI of cutting power and can cut material up to 8" thick. It has a bed size of 72" X 144" All of our machines can cut virtually any type of material up to 8" thick with almost no taper edge due to the Dynamic Kerf software. They are also programmed with automatic "nesting" software for efficient use of materials and to minimize drop. Custom Services
