EETS, Inc. is a certified MWBE professional engineering firm specializing in the design of electrical power projects, and controls and power facilities for water and wastewater treatment. Formed in 1981, the vision was to provide engineering design and hands-on field support to their clients. More than 25 years later, EETS remains true to this vision.

EETS is working with the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (SBVMWD) and the West Valley Water District on the Lytle Creek Turnout and Roemer Hydroelectric Generation Plant. This project will help facilitate state water delivery to a new hydro plant - generating electricity and assisting in the replenishment of groundwater in the Cactus Basin.
