ENSER recently attended the 2026 State of the State of Manufacturing event at the New Jersey State House in Trenton to stay informed on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping manufacturing across our state.
The event brought together manufacturers, legislators, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the future of manufacturing in New Jersey and provide direct feedback on the issues impacting businesses today.
Key discussions focused on workforce development, manufacturing innovation, infrastructure improvements, energy costs, logistics, and creating a stronger environment for manufacturers to grow and compete.
Manufacturing remains a critical part of New Jersey's economy, employing more than 250,000 people and supporting some of the state's most skilled and highest-paying jobs. As engineering and manufacturing continue to evolve, staying engaged in these conversations helps ENSER better support the clients and industries we serve.
The event also celebrated innovation through the Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey competition, where Trenton-based Swiftwick Survival Products earned top honors for its Antigravity Suit. A reminder that "Trenton Makes, The World Takes."
Thank you to , , and for bringing together manufacturers, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss the future of manufacturing in New Jersey.
