ENSER recently attended the 2026 State of the State of Manufacturing event at the New Jersey State House in Trenton to stay informed on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping manufacturing across our state.

The event brought together manufacturers, legislators, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the future of manufacturing in New Jersey and provide direct feedback on the issues impacting businesses today.

Key discussions focused on workforce development, manufacturing innovation, infrastructure improvements, energy costs, logistics, and creating a stronger environment for manufacturers to grow and compete.

Manufacturing remains a critical part of New Jersey's economy, employing more than 250,000 people and supporting some of the state's most skilled and highest-paying jobs. As engineering and manufacturing continue to evolve, staying engaged in these conversations helps ENSER better support the clients and industries we serve.

The event also celebrated innovation through the Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey competition, where Trenton-based Swiftwick Survival Products earned top honors for its Antigravity Suit. A reminder that "Trenton Makes, The World Takes."

Thank you to , , and for bringing together manufacturers, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss the future of manufacturing in New Jersey.

At ENSER, we are committed to helping manufacturers solve complex challenges through engineering services, manufacturing support, technical staffing, and material handling solutions. Staying connected to industry trends and collaborating with leaders across the manufacturing community allows us to continue delivering practical, engineering-driven solutions from concept through production that help our clients innovate, grow, and compete.

If you’ve spent summers on the Jersey Shore, chances are you’ve seen the Giant Wheel towering above the Wildwood boardwalk.

When news broke that one of the East Coast’s largest Ferris wheels was coming down for refurbishment, it sparked an interesting engineering question:

What actually goes into taking apart and rebuilding a structure of that scale safely?

In our latest blog, ENSER weighs in on the mechanical engineering, structural planning, lifting considerations, and refurbishment challenges behind projects like this, and how many of the same engineering principles apply across manufacturing, tooling, fixtures, and industrial equipment servicing.

Engineering is only part of the equation. The right partner understands the pressure behind deadlines, production demands, staffing challenges, and keeping projects moving when the unexpected happens.

Since 1947, ENSER has built its reputation on solving those challenges through engineering services, manufacturing support, technical staffing, and LiftTrac material handling solutions. What started as an engineering company has grown into a full-service partner supporting industries across the country with practical, engineer-first solutions.

Manufacturing hiring is not slowing down heading into summer. It’s accelerating.

With companies scaling production, expanding U.S. manufacturing capacity, and pushing AI infrastructure projects forward, the demand for experienced engineering and technical talent continues to grow. Recent news surrounding NVIDIA and Corning’s partnership to build three new manufacturing facilities and create more than 3,000 jobs is another example of where the industry is heading.

For many manufacturers, this time of year becomes critical for project timelines, staffing coverage, and Q3 production planning.

ENSER helps companies stay ahead with contract engineering, manufacturing support, and technical staffing solutions built around real project demands.

Tooling doesn’t just support production. It drives it.

The difference between a standard fixture and a well-engineered one shows up fast
less downtime, better repeatability, and smoother operation on the floor.

In our latest article, we break down how modern tooling design is evolving and where manufacturers are seeing real gains.

From modular systems to simulation-driven design, small changes in tooling can lead to major improvements in performance.

During a recent visit with Temple Engineering students, we shared a few examples of our work and the types of challenges we solve every day.

One thing that stood out is how no two projects at ENSER are the same.

From custom engineering design to manufacturing and fabrication, our team supports projects from concept through build and delivery. Whether it’s lifting fixtures for the automotive industry or testing systems for defense applications, the focus stays the same. Solve the problem and get it done right.

Since 2007, Team Arnone has raised over $290,000 in support of Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN), honoring Robert Arnone, former President of ENSER Corporation, and helping advance research, early detection, and treatment for pancreatic cancer.

Team Arnone’s legacy speaks for itself. Nearly two decades of commitment reflect both impact and purpose.

Pancreatic cancer remains one of the toughest challenges in oncology. But there is progress. Advances in targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and early detection are beginning to shift the landscape. It’s not the finish line yet, but it’s real momentum driven by communities that continue to show up and support the mission.

This weekend, the PurpleStride walk takes place in Philadelphia, bringing together a powerful community all working toward the same goal. It’s a reminder that behind every statistic is a group of people pushing forward together.

Team Arnone will once again participate in PurpleStride 2026. If you’d like to learn more, follow the journey, or support the cause, you can visit our team page below:

We were proud to welcome Dr. Kurosh Darvish, professor and chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Temple University College of Engineering, and four Temple Engineering students to ENSER for a behind-the-scenes look at how engineering comes to life.

From real-world project examples to a walkthrough of our LiftTrac build process, the visit gave students a firsthand look at how we take a client’s challenge and turn it into a complete solution.

With three seniors and one sophomore in the group, it was a great opportunity to connect classroom learning with real engineering work in action.

As our President, Marco Arnone, shared:
“Temple Engineering has shaped four generations of the Arnone family, and visits like this show students how classroom learning becomes real-world engineering solutions.”
