Building Value crews are currently on-site at a historic Warsaw Avenue property, beginning a full deconstruction project with the cleanout phase.

The building has a meaningful Cincinnati history--it was once home to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Institute for Christian Education, which served the local Deaf community for decades.

Once cleanout is complete, our crews will carefully deconstruct the building, salvaging original trim, molding, windows, exterior doors and other materials for reuse at our Northside outlet rather than disposal. Real job sites provide opportunities for our trainees to gain the experience needed to pursue careers in the trades.

We're grateful to 8K Construction for hiring Building Value for this project and recognizing the value of deconstruction for both sustainability and workforce development.
