We are pleased to share that Valco Melton has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG), a global leader in fluid and powder handling technologies. Valco Melton will become part of Graco’s Industrial division upon closing, with timing expected sometime in the third quarter.

Last week, Valco Melton had the chance to spend the day with fifth graders at E.H. Green as part of the Paperboard Packaging Council's "Trees Into Cartons, Cartons Into Trees" program.

Bryan Casteel and Jeff Pollack walked students through how paper and paperboard products are made, why recycling matters, and the importance of replanting the trees we rely on every day. Every student also went home with a sapling to plant.

It was a great opportunity to get involved in our local community and help the next generation connect the products they use with the forests that make them possible. Thank you to E.H. Green and the Paperboard Packaging Council for partnering with us on this!
