Our summer interns have started, and they're jumping right in with a visit to the River Metals Recycling Ashland facility! 👷

They had the opportunity to learn about the scrap metal work environment while following safety standards. We're excited to see them grow in their internships.

We've partnered with GLAD House, a local organization dedicated to helping children and families impacted by addiction. GLAD House provides prevention education, counseling, and support services that empower young people to build resilience and make healthy choices.

To support their cause, our team has created summer kits that encourage outdoor play, creativity, and movement—giving kids a fun and positive outlet while reinforcing the importance of fresh air and physical activity. ☀️💚

The photo doesn’t even come close to capturing their generosity. This week, they delivered BOXES of supplies for the Florence M. Lakin Child Development Center and surprised every child with May Day baskets filled with chalk, bubbles, and applesauce pouches to take home!

We just had an incredible Bring Your Kids to Work Day! 🎉
