Minnesota Industries, Inc. is now hiring a full-time Warehouse/Delivery/Material Handler!

Job duties include: Material handling, order taking, managing inventory at customer locations - including delivering/stocking on site, pulling orders, stocking shelves at main warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Capabilities: employee must be able to lift 40 pounds, have a valid drivers license with no violations limiting driving privileges or hindering them from being insured.

Benefits: Minimum starting wage is $17.50/hr, negotiable depending on experience, 2 weeks paid vacation, 401(K) match, medical insurance option, cell phone reimbursement.

We here at Minnesota Industries have to start counting down the days until we say goodbye to our long time A/R and Office Manager - Carol Marturano! Carol has decided to join her husband, Tony, in retirement come the end of the year. An employee since 2003 Carol has made coming to work each day enjoyable and has been a great asset to our company.

With that said, we are now looking to fill our ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/OFFICE MANAGER immediately as Carol has a ton of knowledge to share with her successor.

We are looking for someone to join our team with experience and/or an education that fits our needs. This position is full time and comes with the benefits of working for a locally owned small business that is competitive in a large market, is flexible with its staff and understanding the needs individuals have when it comes to family time/events and PTO. The company offers a competitive wage (wage depends on experience and/or education $18-$?), health insurance, 401(K) contributions with company match, PTO and a friendly work environment.
This position will be responsible for the following:

Work closely with CPA to ensure filings and accounting are done in a timely manner and before deadlines; work with CPA through auditing filings.

Daily Invoicing - Monthly statements

Applying customer payments and depositing checks through E-deposit system

Sending out check payments

Credit card purchases - set-up invoices and reconcile

Set up vendor invoices, disputes, payments through website

Set up new customers and vendors, filling out and sending of credit information/ tax exemptions

Set up by monthly and bi-monthly payables - garnishments and rent payments

Get time cards ready, running commission reports and sending out paystubs

Specific vendor invoicing to customers and payments to specific vendors

Manual invoicing and paying for contract employees

Month end reports

Other duties as assigned
