We are loaded up with all kinds of Jeep goodies. We have our US-assembled CJ7 tub that had the underside sprayed in Rhino Liner up front and one of our new YJ frames in the back that was fully undercoated prior to delivery to the customer!

One of our exclusive, solid-back CJ5 tubs is heading out the door!

We are the only company offering CJ5 tubs with a solid tail panel and they have been popular since their introduction. Complete with all of the fixing, modifying, and re-engineering our Repli-Tubs are known for, these tubs are a great addition for folks looking to do a period-correct restoration.

Still excellent quality. Still guaranteed to fit an original, unmodified chassis. Just the way we like it!

Another tub getting the Repli-Tub treatment!

We always enjoy the opportunity to get a military tub through the shop. Here we have an M38A1 that we are putting the finishing touches on the bottom. The M38A1, like most models of our exclusive Repli-Tub, gets:

Fully pre-cut dash including the glove box door and opening.
Factory-accurate floor holes for gas, brake, and clutch pedals.
Pre-drilled steering column hole for proper alignment.
Correctly positioned transmission and transfer case shifter openings to match original specifications.
Straightened lips on the bottom of the tub for a factory-correct appearance, avoiding gaps or distortions.
Pre-cut fuel system openings, including fuel tank line hole and fuel filler neck hole.
Pre-installed taillight holes for an OEM fit.
All body mounting points drilled for a secure chassis attachment.
Welded crush sleeves in mounting locations to prevent body bolts from loosening over time.

We want to acknowledge Memorial Day to all folks in the US this weekend. Keep in mind all of those who have served and currently are serving to make this country of ours the best in the world.

We couldn’t help but reflect on those brave men and women during WWII this week as we ran a GPW Repli-Tub through the shop. We were due for a periodic test fit on this model and found everything was right in check!

Preparation is underway for the Spring Willys Reunion in Akron, OH this weekend!

More tubs off for our Rhino Liner coatings!

We are picking up one of our US-Assembled CJ7 tubs from the Rhino Liner shop and dropping off two more! The coating offer the ultimate in rust protection, heat dispersion, and sound deadening. It also saves the customer hours of work seam sealing, sanding, prepping, taping, and painting. Available on the inside and underside of every tub we offer, as well as the inside of tailgates and the wheel wells of the front fenders, it’s just another way Willys-Overland is turning out the best products to our customers!
