Our CJ3A is off to paint!

We have been hard at work in our free time getting all of the parts for our CJ3A prepped and ready for paint. The beauty of our brand new tubs kits over patching up an old, rusty tub is the fact that in about 8 hours of prep, we went from the parts as we get them to be ready for sealer and paint! No intensive bodywork, no mounds of bondo, just more time saving for you!

We’re excited to see what it looks like all painted up. What color do you think it will be?

Our US-Assembled Late CJ5 prototype tub is done!

We are extremely happy with how this tub turned out. The quality of the parts is second to none and we feel this will be a real game changer in the aftermarket CJ5 tub market!

We are taking preorders now! This tub is going to retail at an introductory price of $5,295 and will be available in solid back form only (i.e no tailgate opening). It is guaranteed to fit on all 1976-1983 CJ5s.

Due to current orders of other models, we will not be able to get to these until towards the end of the year but feel free to reach out to get into the queue!

Note: if folks need a tub with a tailgate opening, we will still be offering our modified Philippine tubs!

We’re getting our CJ3B display unit dug out of storage and cleaned up just in time for the Mason Dixon Willys Jeep Gathering next weekend!

Be sure to come out to the show to see a great showing of 1941-1986 Jeeps on display, as well as our Repli-Tub! See what sets our tubs above the rest. We don’t rely on foreign manufacturing for the finish work. All detail work is done right in our shop in the US! Each tub is guaranteed to fit!

CJ2A, CJ3A, CJ3B, all years of CJ5, all years of CJ6, US-Assembled CJ7 and YJ, CJ8, and M38 tubs and tub kits are in stock!

As the saying goes, a bad day on the trail is still a great day!

We took our CJ5 out to run some pretty aggressive trails today with friends. And Seth Hensler had a little fun with AI to sum up the adventure!

A dented fender, bent bumper, broken left front axle, broken marker light, and a bent rear differential cover were all part of the carnage today. A couple new parts and it’ll be ready for the next ride.

Remember, get those Jeeps out there and use them as they were intended! They sell new parts every day!

“It’s starting to look like a Jeep again!”

That’s our favorite line we get from our customers as they send us progress pictures installing their new Repli-Tub. And we got to join in on the fun!

We had a customer order CJ2A tub to do our modifications on so we parked a CJ3A tub in the shop right next to it for our own project!

Every body mount lined up perfectly, along with the pedals, steering column, and shifters, all of which we install the holes for. Now it’ll come back off the chassis and head for Rhino Lining while we get the chassis ready for paint!

We’ve been working hard to expand our US-assembled tub line beyond the CJ7 and YJ. The tub pictured here is a CJ8 Scrambler and we are extremely happy with the results!

Albeit that this is only a prototype, we would love to hear if you’d be interested in a CJ8 tub put together right here in Pennsylvania!

Our CJ3A project is underway!

This Jeep had a badly rotted tub but underneath was a perfect frame and driveline. The engine runs perfectly and the transmission shifted through the gears smoothly. Just some fresh seals and it will be on to the brakes and paint. And then a brand new CJ3A Repli-Tub kit!

Stay tuned as we spend our days off bringing this vintage Jeep back to its former glory!

We’re all set up at the Redball Military show and swap meet in Gilbert, PA!

This is one of the largest military vehicle swap meets out there. If you’re looking for anything for a vintage military vehicle (Jeeps included) this is the place to be! We’ll be here today and tomorrow!

A new one followed us home today!

We are now the proud owners of a 1953 CJ3A! This Jeep has a surprisingly solid undercarriage and is already running and moving under its own power after being stored away for almost two decades. We are going to make short work of this project, outfitting it with a brand new CJ3A Repli-Tub body kit!
