Loader bucket dropped off for a worn out floor, and paper thin cutting edge. We gouged the whole bottom out, replaced the floor, lead edge, and added some heel plate wear pads to add a ton of life back into this bucket. Customer will be adding a bolt on cutting edge a back to the pit it goes!

We took measurements from an old pitted aluminum tank, and built this one to last. Everything was built exactly the same as the old tank, but brand new and ready to drop in the boat 💎

Got this boat trailer in with broken and bent axles. Spends its life in and out of the ocean, and traveling coast to coast. The customer said it was wearing tires in less than 6 months. We took it apart, designed the axles out of 3/8” plate, and completely beefed them to a whole new level! We built them with a slight positive camber, so when loaded, they would be closer to correct. Back to work the day after it left the shop👊🏻

Mini makeover 💎

This mini excavator came in with the main stick ripped apart, knuckle twisted, and bucket paper thin. Crew was able to pull it apart and get it back straight and plated. Bucket got a new wear kit as well🔥

Time crunch on this loader bucket, but we got it done! Wear package replacement, with all new hardox plates, new shanks and teeth, and bolt on cutting edge wear plates. Came out mean!💎

We have been swamped at the shop and on the road this fall. Here’s a custom ordered car hauler with a ton of extra goodies! Ready for power line work, this will be holding fiberglass hot stick poles and other equipment the crews need🔥

DC Customz Racks?!? 🤔🤔

Customer came to us wanting a back rack that wasn’t some mass produced product. Only thing he requested was reverse lights and strobes. The rest was up to us to design🔥

This excavator got dropped off with a bent thumb, twisted H link, and the new pin stuck in because nothing was lined up.

We were able to get the pin out, with some persuasive maneuvers. Then we were able to pull the thumb completely off and put it in the press to get the ears straightened out. After that we pulled the H Link off, and had to jig it up in the press and get the twist back out of it.

Turned the mushroomed end back down on the pin and installed a new grease fitting. Everything went back together smoothly with all the proper shims and o-rings. Ready for more dirt🪏
