Another project moving through production and taking shape.

This lineup is a great example of the attention to detail that goes into every assembly before it leaves our facility. From the clean door-mounted control wiring and protection relays to the precision buswork and compartment layout, every component is installed, tested, and inspected with reliability in mind.

Quality isn’t just about the finished product, it’s about the process behind it. Every lineup that moves through our shop reflects the pride and expertise of our team.

At REAMCO, throughput isn't just measured by what leaves our facility, it's driven by the people who make it happen.

Today, we're proud to celebrate a major milestone: our team has grown to more than 50 employees!

Every control panel, switchgear lineup, and power distribution solutions that leaves our shop represents the craftsmanship, dedication, and teamwork of the people in this photo. As demand continues to grow, so does our commitment to delivering quality products, meeting our customers' schedules, and investing in the talented people who make it all possible.

Growth isn't just about numbers, it's about building the capacity to serve our customers better every day.

Switchgear is what we build. Solutions are what we deliver.

This week's Throughput Thursday highlights one of our ongoing EPC projects for an industrial customer here in Alabama. Although we do not often highlight our ability to implement turnkey solutions, REAMCO can be your partner for industrial turnkey solutions and EPC projects. From engineering and procurement to power distribution, underground utilities, equipment installation, and construction management, our team is helping bring this facility's expansion to life.

Projects like this require hundreds of moving parts and constant coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and our field crews.

It's exciting to see months of planning become reality and watching it all come together is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Attention Throughput Thursday fans!
The fab shop / powdercoat shop just cranked out one of the first stock orders for relay panel frames. We can fully manufacture these or just provide the frames. For this utility customer, they preferred to take just frames. Great work out of our REAMCO Team!

We have not had a Throughout Thursday in a while, it’s not on purpose. Just too much Throughput and who can keep up?

A moment on the origin of Throughput Thursday. We read an awesome business novel called “The Goal”. It reshaped how we looked at our business. It shaped how we looked at processes and bottlenecks. It defined our actions.

More to come from REAMCO for sure, but at this moment we find it difficult to focus in on just one topic. Our explosive growth is unexpected, unexplainable and undeniable.

We don’t know how we got here, but we give thanks to those who helped us do it. You all know who you are, this Throughout Thursday is for you. Thanks Ken Weigant, we will never forget you.

Exciting news at REAMCO.

We're bringing epoxy coating of copper in-house—the last major manufacturing process in our switchgear production that we don't directly control.

A big thank you to SolEpoxy for helping provide the roadmap for our new fluidized bed coating system, and to Eaton for partnering with us on testing and validation.

A process we don't control is a process we can't fully improve. Bringing this capability in-house gives us greater control over quality, lead times, and ex*****on.

Exciting times ahead as we continue investing in American manufacturing and power distribution solutions.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness have protected the freedoms we enjoy every day. From all of us at REAMCO, we extend our deepest gratitude to those who served and to the families who carry their legacy forward.

This Memorial Day, we pause to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

We’re excited to officially announce the next chapter for REAMCO!

It's not even been a year after fully moving into our current facility, and we’ve already outgrown the space. This is a huge milestone that reflects the incredible momentum of our team, customers, and long-term vision.

REAMCO will be relocating to a new 110,000 sq. ft. facility in Harpersville, AL, supporting the continued growth of our engineered power systems operations. This is an existing facility that we will be transforming into a modern manufacturing and operations headquarters built specifically for REAMCO’s future. We are targeting to be fully moved in within six months, and the rendering below represents our future vision for the site.

This expansion will significantly increase our:

- Manufacturing capacity
- Production throughput
- Engineering and fabrication capabilities
- Powder coating operations
- Inventory and material flow
- Customer support and delivery capabilities

We’re grateful to our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners who continue to make this growth possible.

The future is bright for REAMCO.

This investment gives us greater control over quality, faster turnaround times, and increased capacity—all while delivering a durable finish that meets IEEE standards with 5-hour salt spray corrosion resistance.
