Milhouse is helping build a new chapter for Chicago’s riverfront.

As part of the Chicago Community Builders Collective, Milhouse is contributing to Bally’s $1.7 billion casino and entertainment development, which recently celebrated its topping out along the Chicago River.

The project will transform the former Chicago Tribune Freedom Center site into a riverfront destination featuring a hotel tower, entertainment venue, event center, parking facilities, and new connections between River West, the Near West Side, and the Chicago River.

We’re honored to be part of a construction team helping deliver one of Chicago’s most significant redevelopment projects.

Read more about the project milestone:

A host of local contractors have placed the final beam on the project, which will feature a 500-room hotel and 3,000-seat theater.
