At JBT Marel, we believe collaboration between industry and academia is essential to driving food innovation.

Recently, our India team welcomed students and faculty from MIT ADT University, School of Food Technology, Pune, for an engaging guest lecture and an immersive visit to our Global Production Center.

From exploring emerging food processing technologies, food safety, and thermal processing to witnessing live manufacturing operations, students gained valuable insights into how innovation and engineering translate into real-world solutions.
