Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Founded in 1954, The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) is a technical institute for the precast concrete structures and systems industry.

The project team for Latter-day Saints Temple in McAllen, TX, collaborated on a precast concrete design that emulates the look and feel of hand-carved limestone while providing superior constructability, reduced maintenance needs, and enhanced long-term durability. 258 Architectural precast concrete panels, produced by Wells, were formed to create consistent color and texture throughout.
