In recognition of , we’ve been highlighting the work happening across our teams—from developing future talent to advancing projects and engaging with industry partners. Together, these efforts reflect our vision of Reimagining Infrastructure and driving meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At Ardmore Roderick, our internship program is designed to give students more than just exposure. From day one, our interns are immersed in real projects, working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to meaningful work, and gaining firsthand insight into how infrastructure is planned, designed, and delivered.

Whether they’re out on project sites, collaborating with teams across disciplines, or learning the ins and outs of our industry, each experience is intentional—built to develop skills, build confidence, and create a foundation for long-term success.

“Ardmore Roderick provided me with an exciting and insightful experience that allowed me to see, learn, and understand many different career opportunities for myself. Working at Ardmore Roderick allowed me to work in a welcoming environment with people that have a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas. Ardmore Roderick not only helped me understand which direction I want to point my studies in, but also showed me the qualities to look for in a company when searching for a job." - Gracie Wallace, AR Intern Class of 2023, Stanford University

It’s all part of how we invest in the next generation of leaders and continue Reimagining Infrastructure for the future.

We’ve officially welcomed our Summer 2026 interns this week and are looking forward to the ideas, energy, and impact they’ll bring in the months ahead!

goes beyond projects—it’s about the partnerships and moments that move our industry forward.

From honoring leadership at the COMTO Celebrating Women Who Move the Nation Awards—where our President, Sharon A. Jean-Baptiste, was recognized as a 2026 honoree—to connecting with peers and partners at the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter Annual Awards Banquet, our teams have been out in the industry connecting, leading, and building momentum.

We also joined our partners and the community to mark a major milestone—the groundbreaking of the CTA Red Line Extension. This transformative project will expand access, strengthen connections, and create new opportunities across Chicago’s South Side.

Together, these moments reflect the power of partnership, leadership, and shared purpose in shaping the future of infrastructure.

A project engineer’s day rarely looks the same twice.

During , we’re highlighting the people behind the projects—and the day-to-day work that keeps infrastructure moving forward.

For Kiara Trejo, that can mean walking the site in full PPE, coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, solving problems in real time, and managing the details behind the scenes to keep work on track.

It’s also the smaller moments in between: a quick coffee break, conversations with teammates, and time spent aligning the next steps before heading back out into the field.

Infrastructure projects don’t move forward on drawings alone. They move forward because of the people coordinating every detail along the way.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to learn about working in infrastructure?

As part of , we’re highlighting the people shaping the future of our industry.

Our own Joe Kuzdal, PE recently completed the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association (IRTBA) Emerging Leaders Program—an experience that brought together professionals from across the industry to explore everything from project delivery to policy and advocacy.

From engaging with agency leaders to advocating at both the state capitol and in Washington, D.C., the program offered a deeper look at how infrastructure is planned, funded, and delivered.

It’s an experience that reflects our commitment to developing leaders who are helping to reimagine the future of infrastructure.

It’s

We’re celebrating by highlighting the work happening across our teams—from developing future talent to advancing projects and engaging with industry partners. Together, these efforts reflect our vision of Reimagining Infrastructure and driving meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Ardmore Roderick proudly serves as the Owner’s Authorized Representative for both Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport, helping deliver critical improvements that support the region’s continued growth and connectivity.

To date, our team has managed more than $132 million in program and project work across dozens of projects, providing comprehensive oversight from planning and design through construction and commissioning.

Operating within active airport environments requires more than technical expertise. It demands strategic coordination, stakeholder alignment, operational awareness, and the ability to keep complex projects moving while minimizing disruption to travelers and airport operations.

Our aviation team brings deep experience in:
• Program & project management
• Construction management
• Contract administration
• Risk mitigation & schedule oversight
• Multi-stakeholder coordination
• Delivery within complex operational environments

With a growing presence in Florida and a commitment to long-term partnership, we are proud to support infrastructure that keeps communities connected, strengthens regional mobility, and prepares airports for the future.

This is what reimagining infrastructure looks like in action.

Third year strong in Chicago! Ardmore Roderick was proud to return to the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, joining thousands across the city for an evening of movement, connection, and team spirit. From the starting line to the finish, it was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some friendly competition, and spend time together as a team. Looking forward to keeping the tradition going!
