CMRP rolled insanely large plates helically to create the this ribbon like staircase for The Tampa EDITION hotel. Our engineering team developed a rolling pattern for each plate to ensure all pieces would fit up properly.

CMRP is seeking a maintenance technician. This is a full-time position – 7:00am to 3:30pm or from 3:30pm to midnight with overtime.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and heavy machinery. Requirements include:
- Knowledge of and/or experience with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand operating instructions and to interpret complex instructions, sketches, wiring drawings and blueprints of machinery.
- Works well with others in a team approach; supervisory experience a plus.
- Ability to work safely with quality and productivity; desire to cross-train, learn, continually improve and do whatever is required to get the job done right.

Duties may include maintenance and troubleshooting of machines; preventative maintenance to reduce machine failures; machinery analysis and design; installing new machinery, coordination with vendors; ordering/stocking parts.
