Our largest mill, the W80, which produces 4” x 4” through 10” x 10”, .188” - .500” wall, corresponding rectangles, HI-Y 50 structural pipe and A53 ERW Pipe sizes from 4" SCH 40 through 12 Extra Strong. The 80 Mill was upgraded in 2011 with a Quick Change Cartridge Tooling System that produces tighter tolerances with substantially reduced changeover times and in 2013 inline Pipe processing was adde

d. It’s a state-of-the-art, quick-change mill that speeds change-over times and production cycles. The mill produces 1.5” x 1.5” to 4” x 4” square HSS tubing in gauges .083” to .313” (and most corresponding rectangles) and HI-Y 50 Pipe Size Tubes from 1 1/4" SCH 10 through 4" SCH 40. Our new mechanical tubing mill, the #8, began operating in the first quarter of 2012. It produces automotive grade A513 mechanical tubing in sizes from .75” to 2.75” in rounds and .75” to 2” in squares; with gauges from .049” to .120”. The mill is capable of flash controlling all sizes and features an Eddy Current test and a saw-cut end finish.
