Gabriel Cares for Whole Kids Outreach!
We are sponsoring our 10th Annual Toy Drive to benefit the kids at Whole Kids Outreach on November 24th (Black Friday) with a Happy Hour at the St. Louis Wine Market @ 161 Long Road, Suite 105, Chesterfield, MO 63005. We will collect there until November 29th. Please come out and show your support for these great folks. We always think about this offering every Christmas morning, where somewhere in a home some 200 miles away a young child opens a gift and truly realizes that they are loved and not forgotten - it makes the holiday so special to know that we all played a part. Out in the West Texas town of El Paso...
Gabriel Project Management, LLC is headed to the great city of El Paso, TX to work for one of the great families in the beverage wholesaler business, L&F Distributing. We are thrilled to be leading the design and construction of this new program for the LaMantia family along side our design partners at HDA Architects, Alper Audi Inc. (structural engineer), Grimes Consulting (civil engineer), Murphy Company (mechanical), Kaiser Electric (electrical), Code Consultants (Fire protection and code), and Catamount Constructors, Inc. (General Contractor). Our thanks to L&F Distributing and the LaMantia family for their continued support and confidence in Gabriel Project Management, LLC, now on our seventh project, providing service to this family.

Gabriel Cares!

Last Saturday, Gabriel Project Management, LLC sponsored a wonderful wine dinner for Whole Kids Outreach with great assistance from our friends Rich Sterkel of the St. Louis Wine Market and Chef Lou Rook of Annie Gunns Restaurant. The evening included tremendous wines and a four course gourmet meal provided by a great team. Thanks for all the help from our partners and our entertainment for the evening, JD Hughes. The Slab is Everything at Fisher 59, in Denton Texas!

When it comes to today's Beverage Wholesaler, the warehouse floor slab is one of the most important components to a successful operation. Bad Slabs=bumps=repack=lost revenue. So we take these very seriously with the HDA Beer Team and Gabriel. We hold over 1/2 dozen quality control sessions specifically discussing the quality expectations with our floors. Our Construction Team in Texas is working hard to exceed our expectations on quality, and really are making great progress despite a difficult winter! Thanks again to the Fisher59 family for your trust and confidence in our Beer Team at HDA and Gabriel Project Management!

We are punching holes under the Blue Texas Sky!

Gabriel and Contractors are busy this winter in Denton Texas constructing the drilled-pier foundation system for Fisher 59. The new 221,000 s.f. beverage distribution facility is slated for a Fall of 2019 completion and will house a new state of the art Automated Storage and Retrieval System. More Posts to follow. Deep in the Heart of Texas!

Gabriel Project Management, LLC has been tapped by the great folks of Fisher 59 to build their new 221,000 s.f. facility in beautiful Denton Texas. Construction is to be completed in late October of 2019. We are grateful to our client and friends at Fisher59 - Denton for their selection of Gabriel P.M. and all our beer alliance partners at HDA Architects.

Right now, the prairie sky is wide and high, deep in the heart of Texas, which is a great time to get things started. All the Best.

Gabriel had a wonderful evening last Thursday night, hosting a wine dinner for friends of Whole Kids Outreach at the St. Louis Wine Market in Chesterfield. Our sincere thanks to Chef Lou Rook of Annie Gunns and Rich Sterkel at the St. Louis Wine Market & Tasting Room for such a great night of great wine, food, and music. We can’t wait until next year!!

Gabriel Project Management wraps up the program in Iowa for 7G Distributing.

Hey? Is this Heaven?
The new 7G Distributing facility is officially on the map in Davenport Iowa, as of last month. This new distribution facility is comprised of 90,000 s.f. of controlled environment warehouse, warehouse offices, draft cooler, and drive through, and 9,000 s.f. office area with an additional 11,000 s.f. second floor for future growth. The building electrical system is supplemented by a 251KW solar field placed on the facility roof. Our sincere Thank You to our partners at 7G Distributing and our design partners at HDA Architects for a great opportunity to provide construction services throughout this program.
