I just learned this morning that Lawson Chenoweth had passed away. I went with him to Bonneville Salt Flats a few times to help race his car. He ended up setting a record in V4/MGR class (there's about 200 classes for SCTA) at 165.442 mph with an engine we built for him. You tend to get to know someone when you make a few 5000-mile road trips with them. He was a great guy and we will miss him.
