One of the most complicated and fun jobs yet! Super happy with how this fire escape turned out! Thanks to a great crew of guys to help build and install, and some great clients, this went in smooth. We had to get a code variation for the given size of the lot and building that has been there long before modern codes were around. This was done right in downtown West Chester at a complete renovation we have been working at. I am eternally grateful for amazing clients that trust our vision and ideas.

Some custom designed cable rails we wrapped up at our most recent site. Over 600 ft of cable was used for this. The posts are made from steel box tubing along with in house made fl**ge covers. The wood cap rails were installed after we were done our side of things. We are blessed to have an abundance of work and great clients lately.

Nice little HSS 12x6 beam fab and install. A new trampoline park needed a joist connection beam and we were the men for the job! Some concrete pan tread stairs up next for this particular project. Stay tuned.

A sampling of some of the recent handrails we fabricated and installed for a few clients. Handrail season is about closed down for the winter, onto a few structural jobs next. Stay tuned for some stairs as well as structural beam work.

Install went smooth today - (after lifting these up) We had the opportunity to build this custom fabricated guardrail with zero visible welds. A wood top rail will be added by another contractor in the coming weeks. Solid steel spindles and a satin black powdercoat make this blend in to this custom build home.

It is a blessing to have such a great client network.

A structural aluminum job we finished up a couple weeks ago.
This replaces a 3 column front porch with a sleek and modern 2 post design. We took measurements, built the sections with countersunk mounting hardware as well as handled the install. We are happy with the final results and look forward to the next one!

Today was install day for these mono stringer staircases. Always an amazing feeling when everything sits right in place as planned, the guys and I were able to make some quick work of install with no hiccups. This job started from field measurements, design, build, powder coat, and install we do it all.

Wood top treads will be added, along with a glass handrail by the contractor this job was done for.

The crew and I got another set of stairs, fabricated and installed last week. Super happy with how everything turned out on these commercial stairs. Install was a bit challenging as the whole assembly had to go through a man door, but we made it work. Contact for any of your commercial or residential fabrication needs!

A rip and replace job the crew and I finished up today. No hot Work- all bolt together construction with expanded Steel steps, C channel stringers, and the handrails and guard rails to match. A new more narrow door will be installed later this week along with a wheelchair lift. Super happy with how everything came together!

I was able to take a little bit of time to devote towards building my cantilever I beam steel racks! I am super happy with how they turned out (still have to paint one)
I’m able to store all of my materials vertically to allow for the best use of space in the new shop!
It was nice to get back to some structural ironwork to get these together and up.
