When a customer needs something powerful but has limited space to use it, our torque-dense products are the solution. This research institute was designing a revolutionary new type of compact marine winch used for research vessels. However, they needed maximum torque output without cluttering valuable vessel deck space.

The solution was our Cyclo® 6000 with a "F" fl**ge option. The fl**ge design allowed the 30 hp hashtag to fit directly inside the winch drum, creating an ultra-low profile. Additionally, we paired the main drive with our Bevel Buddybox® for smooth, reliable cable positioning.

Manufacturers upgrade and change their product offerings through the years. However, often times certain products are unavailable when they need to be replaced. Even though older products can be repaired, there is a point where parts are no longer available. A local wastewater treatment facility needed an immediate replacement for an unrepairable vertical mixer drive on one of their primary sludge tanks.

Our team provided our famous gearmotor with custom extended shaft and custom mounting plate. These modifications allowed the customer to drop our new unit right in to the existing mounting surface without any modifications in the field.
