What’s your policy on lending money?

Ever since I’ve been in business for myself, I’ve had quite a few people ask to borrow money.

Many years ago, someone asked me to lend them several thousand dollars. When I asked what it was for, they said college.

I politely told them my money was tied up—but I remember thinking, “If I’m paying for anyone to go to college, it should probably be me.” 😂

From the poll yesterday thru-out the TMF channels the majority cleaners were at 150 minimum charge. We had about 500 partake. I did a live last night teaching how to determine a proper minimum in most cases.

(Poll ranged from 75-325 mins)

Easiest way is cost put van in driveway + time to complete the job. That equates to 2 man hours. If you’re man hours are 100-125 an hour then that’s 200-250. We land squarely in between at 225 min. What’s your take on this?
