We recently finished up our first installation of our Schubox IR Curing system in Wilmington, DE.
This commercial millwork shop has seen an increase in high end Architectural Millwork and panel jobs. To assist that growth, they invested in their shop earlier this year with a 52” 3 -Head Heeseman wide belt sander with Inner Chevron belt. They immediately saw increased throughput from their finish department. Leading them to address another opportunity of expediting their drying process. Like most shops, they place sprayed workpieces on racks and leave them to dry with ambient air in the finish room waiting hours for parts to “cure”
In less than a day, they can conclude a six-part process thanks to the Schubox IR Curing Room installation. All while spending less than $100 a month for utilities and keeping the internal temperature steady between 95 and 100 degrees. the workpieces are never at risk of over curing or over heating- Less than a week after being integrated into the finish department, the owners have started looking into other improvements to make the most of the newly available labor hours.
Our Schubox curing room is a perfect complement to any existing spray booth or flat line spray machine.
