Our company name changed when Andersen Corporation took over ownership of Bright Wood on February 1, 2026. We are now “Bright Wood Company LLC” rather than “Bright Wood Corporation” for legal purposes.

That said, please keep calling us Bright Wood. Nothing much else has changed.

Our logo, mission, and vision remain the same. Improving the quality of life for our employees, suppliers, customers, and communities is still our #1 priority.
