The successful candidate is to have a State of Maine P.E. license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in wood, steel, and concrete design. The position will require travel throughout central Maine with a required proficiency in AutoCAD and structural modeling software. Experience in overall building design and administration including life safety and ADA code requirements a plus.
