Advanced Industries, Inc. in Chelsea, MI is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Programmer/Operator and an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator. Must have experience in holding tight tolerances in high precision, short run production work.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to Program, Set-Up and Operate CNC Mills or CNC Lathes, must work well with others, have conceptual skills, process improvement, verbal communication, functional and technical skills, tooling, coordination, attention to detail and very good judgment.

We had a contest on what employees were the most efficient both at set up and cycle time, had the lowest scrap rate and lowest cost of scrap and best attendance over a set time period. 5 lucky employees got to race Formula One cars around Gingerman Raceway in Grand Haven, MI. Good times!! Of course the boss won! Haha…
