Join us next Wednesday June 17th at 12pm for the ribbon cutting and final construction celebration of Building C at Reliable Homes II complex! This project adds another 7 units of affordable housing for homeless families with children in Centralia bringing the total to 30 total apartments! Big thanks to Centralia School District 401, Lewis County Public Health & Social Services and City of Centralia for their unwavering support as well as our construction partners Pacific Tech Construction, RB Engineering, Inc., Ron Wright & Associates/Architects and many others.

Check out this new Starbucks on Ocean Beach Highway in Longview, WA! It was a pleasure to work with Newrock Homes, Inc. on this project. Pauley Co Inc . and Elite Electrical Contracting were two of many amazing contractors that worked on this project. This 5,900sqft building not only houses the new Starbucks location, but also has two additional leasing spaces.
