Check out this new Starbucks on Ocean Beach Highway in Longview, WA! It was a pleasure to work with Newrock Homes, Inc. on this project. Pauley Co Inc . and Elite Electrical Contracting were two of many amazing contractors that worked on this project. This 5,900sqft building not only houses the new Starbucks location, but also has two additional leasing spaces.

Reliable Homes Phase II Expansion is nearing completion in Centralia! RB Engineering also worked on the First Phases of this project dating back to 2016. The final phase of this development will add 7 units. We love working on local projects and are thankful for returning clients like Reliable Enterprises.

We have had the pleasure of working with Blue Sky Real Properties and C&C Development on the Hamilton Road Business Park. With the final phase under construction, the complete project will provide over 200,000 square feet of commercial/industrial business space here in Chehalis!

A new multi-family construction consisting of 26 units is well underway on 1st Street in Centralia, all this great weather has had the construction crew working full speed ahead!

Project complete! We began permitting with City of Chehalis in April of 2022. RB Engineering took this project through the Pre-Application process, Land Use, full Civil design and Construction Management.
