Today we repaired a steel bracket for a customer. The stamped bottle cap got sheared off so it was replaced with a new cap which Terry expertly TIG brazed into place. The bottle cap was only 0.016" thick and yet he managed not to burn through to the inside!

This repair was on a broken adjustable powder drop tube for a Spolar shot shell reloader due to a crash. The thin wall tube was mangled and broken off. A new 4130 steel tube close to dimension was sourced, trimmed, and welded to the remaining portion of the old tube. The reason for the repair is new parts are backordered for weeks and the customer's machine is down.

Just a reminder that walk-ins are always welcome! Here we have a forklift leg with a broken bracket. Terry is using a flame torch to heat it up and bend it back into place for weld. He had it looking brand new in no time!

We recently had this batch of corner blocks leave the shop! This is a job that we love to do, we are always so proud of the final product. These aluminum stunt grade rigging corner blocks are strong enough to safely hang people from (or any other heavy thing you can think of!)

Terry is back at it, making these lightweight outdoor aluminum trowels he designed a couple decades ago! Perfect for the beach, camping, hiking and all other outdoor fun. They float in water and if needed can be used as a paddle!
