ACP is seeking a motivated, organized, and positive person to act as our Service Department Manager. This job requires the following skills:

- Mechanic skills. Will need to be able to work side-by-side with mechanics in the service department, perform triage on equipment, understand parts breakdowns, and discuss equipment component issues with vendors, customers and mechanics.

- People skills. Will be the contact point for all customers and vendors of our service department.

- Peer management. Will manage anywhere from 1 to 4 employees of the service department.

- Time management. Individual will be responsible for creating a free-flowing service department with minimal mechanic down-time. Will maintain the documented and computerized process of workorder triage to completion.

- Computer literate. Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, email and internet browsing. Microsoft Access user knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
