🚧 Construction Progress at Phoenix Rising! 🏡✨

This 26-unit community is making big progress! All 6 buildings are now vertical, and closings have officially started on units in a couple of the buildings.

The project has also received all Charlotte Water utility as-built approvals, with the storm pond and pipe as-builts being one of the final pieces as the remaining buildings are wrapped up.

Exciting to see Phoenix Rising continue coming to life, stay tuned for the final stretch!

Congrats to our May Urby winners Danielle and Rachel!!

For those who don’t know what an Urby is it’s our “employee of the month.” Every month the team nominates someone(s) and our Ops group chooses the winner for each office (Raleigh Ops members choose the Charlotte winner and vise versa). What was once an industrial site has transformed into a people first destination featuring:

UDP supported this project through rezoning, site design, and a thoughtful public space strategy. Helping bring a layered vision to life at the intersection of walkability, creativity, and community.
