Progression on the 2000 LM7 rebuild. Currently working on porting the 706 casting heads before assembling. New oil pan and pickup has been installed, and motor mounts have gotten back from powder coating after we went over the welds for some extra strength.

2000 5.3L iron block v8 LM7 removed from a suburban being built on a new GM block with Victor Reinz and Felpro gaskets, LS1 camshaft and LS6 valve springs. We have since installed a Cloyes timing chain on a GM camshaft sprocket and a GM oil pump.
