RoadActive Suspension(RAS) manufactures and distributes an easy-to-install Heavy Duty tension coil spring that attach to the rear leaf springs of any pick-up truck or van. RAS works to strengthen the existing leaf spring by engaging proportionate to force applied, converting the traditional "passive" spring into a more desirable mechanical "active" suspension system. RAS will improve the way your truck handles that load, while providing unparalleled ride quality at all times.

Using a weight distribution hitch can redistribute the load. It can’t strengthen the suspension carrying it.

That’s the gap RAS® fills.

When a WDH alone isn’t providing enough stability, RAS® adds progressive support to the trucks rear leaf springs — helping to reduce squat, bounce, and sway while allowing the hitch to do its job properly.
