Synergy Engineering

Our primary focus is on the design of seismic and wind restraints for the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection industries following guidelines provided in the latest adopted edition of the International Building Code. We have successfully completed over 2000 projects since being founded in 2006. Our project experience includes hospitals, schools, government facilities, retail, as well a

s many other facility types. We primarily provide engineering services in North and South Carolina; however, we have also worked on projects in Tennessee and Haiti. Synergy Engineering is committed to providing services to the construction industry regarding the seismic and wind restraint requirements for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems as it pertains to the International Building Code. We offer a two hour continuing education seminar aimed at educating engineers, architects, construction managers, insurance associations, and contractors as to the code requirements. We have presented to multiple ASHRAE chapters, North Carolina Department of Insurance, Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement, Mechanical Contractors Association, North Carolina Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors, and the Electrical Contractors Association as well as numerous design firms in both North and South Carolina.
