During our first-ever National Dealer Conference, Nicheng J. and Juan Aguilera gave our dealer partners an inside look at HC Forklift America's Parts Department and the improvements being made to better support their operations.

From expanding our parts inventory and increasing the number of components we keep on hand to offering service kits that make routine maintenance easier, our team is working to help dealers get the parts they need more efficiently. These improvements are all aimed at reducing downtime, simplifying service, and helping our dealers provide better support to their customers.

It was a great opportunity for our dealers to hear directly from Chase and Juan, ask questions, and learn more about how we're continuing to strengthen our parts and service support across the country.

Safety and Telematics were the focus of another great breakout session at our first ever National Dealer Conference!

Sean McNamara and Jenny W. led an informative session highlighting Hangcha’s new FIMS and ADAS systems on an XE Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift. This gave dealers a closer look at the upcoming FIMS (Fleet Intelligent Management System) Telematics System and the ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System) Pedestrian Detection System from Hangcha. FIMS will allow for pre-operation checklists and fleet management. The new ADAS system increase pedestrian and operational safety by monitoring for near-by pedestrians while the forklift is in operation.

Throughout the session, dealers learned more about how these technologies can improve operational safety, support safer material handling practices, and help businesses increase their operational efficiency.

It was another valuable opportunity for our dealer partners to ask questions, interact directly with our team, and gain a better understanding of the equipment and technology Hangcha has to offer.

Jim Gillespie and Michael K. gave our dealer partners an in-depth look at several models from Hangcha's lithium-ion powered Class 1 line of equipment.

Together, they highlighted how Hangcha’s Class One equipment feature an integrated lithium-ion battery and how that increases stability, efficiency, and a larger, more ergonomic operator compartment.

Throughout the session, dealers had the opportunity to get hands-on with the equipment and learn how Hangcha’s innovations set us apart.

It was another great opportunity to bring our team and dealer network together, share product knowledge, and give our dealers a closer look at the equipment they represent.

Our National Dealer Conference gave our dealer partners the opportunity to get an up-close look at our Four-Wheel Drive Diesel Rough Terrain Forklifts.

John Grooms, Senior Sales Director for the Ag and Construction Division, and Detrich Charlie, Northeast Regional Sales Manager, led an in-depth discussion on our 4WD Diesel Rough Terrain Forklifts. Together, they walked dealers through the features, capabilities, and applications that make these machines a great fit for demanding outdoor environments. Found in construction sites, lumber yards, and other challenging terrain, these forklifts are built to combine power, traction, and maneuverability where traditional forklifts may struggle.

It was great to see our dealers engaging with John, Charlie, and our Rough Terrain Forklifts while gaining a better understanding of how these 4WD forklifts can meet their customers' needs. Opportunities like these were a big part of what made our first National Dealer Conference such a success.

There’s no substitute for getting hands-on with the equipment.

During our 2026 National Dealer Conference, our Director of Engineering, Ken Biediger, and our Director of Dealer Sales for the Mid-West and Western Regions, Paul West gave our dealers an in-depth look at a 5,000lb and a 8,000lb XF2 Series LPG Pneumatic Tire Forklifts. They walked attendees around the trucks discussing key features, applications, and the differences between this new units and the outgoing XF Series Models.

One of the highlights of the conference was seeing our dealers interact with both our team and the equipment. Having everyone together created an opportunity to ask questions, share knowledge, and get a firsthand look at the products they represent every day.

We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or level of participation throughout the conference, and we appreciate everyone who helped make our first National Dealer Conference such a success.

As part of our first National Dealer Conference, our dealers had the opportunity to take a closer look at Hangcha’s narrow aisle equipment available for warehouse operations. This was led by Product Manager, Matthew Barrow and National Account Sales Manager, Mark Costello.

Together, they showed dealers the latest in Narrow Aisle equipment from Hangcha. This included a first look at both the upcoming X2 Series Pantograph Reach Truck and the new 4-Directional Sideloader. They worked with dealers to go over the different equipment options, their applications, and how dealers can assist end-users to find the right solution for their operation.

The hands-on learning and conversations throughout these breakout sessions were a major part of what made our first National Dealer Conference such a success.
