The Isaacs Group is offering an outstanding opportunity for qualified land surveyors to join our surveying team. Our firm has been providing Civil Engineering Design and Land Surveying services to our clients since 1993 and we have immediate openings for motivated personnel to fill various open positions in our expanding Land Surveying Department located in Concord, N.C.:

-Survey Party Chief
Position requires a minimum of 2 years Party Chief experience including field crew management, boundary & topographic surveys, engineering design surveys, construction staking, home-builder staking and services. Robotic, GPS, Trimble and TDS data collection experience is a plus.

-Survey Instrument Operator
Position requires a minimum of 1 year Instrument Operator experience using conventional survey or robotic surveying equipment and data collection devices. Robotic, Trimble and TDS data collection experience is a plus.

-Survey Field Technician
Entry level survey field crew position. Experience preferred, but not required assisting in boundary & topographic surveys, engineering design surveys, construction staking, home-builder staking and services.

The addition of this vertical curtain wall system breaks up the horizontality of the double height entry lobby and provides a dramatic backdrop for the outdoor patio above >> the transformation from before to after took less than 3 months!

The contractor for the hotel is Hendrick Construction Engineer partners include; Civil Engineer: The Isaacs Group - Civil Engineering and Land Surveying, Structural Engineer: Westcott Structures, and PME Engineer: Wave Engineering, PLLC.

ODA has designed many Omshera hotel projects including the Courtyard by Marriott Dilworth under development and scheduled to open in 2020.
