The future of event operations isn’t just about adding more technology. It’s about connecting the technology that’s already there.

Too often, timing and scoring, credentialing, licensing, registration, and event operations all exist in separate systems. The result is duplicate work, delayed information, and frustrated users.

We've built systems for sanctioning bodies, tracks, and teams for years. One thing stands out: the organizations running most efficiently aren't the ones with the most software. They're the ones where information actually moves between systems instead of getting stuck.

The future isn’t about more software, but instead, better-connected software.

There aren’t many places in motorsports with a view quite like Thunder Valley. It was great to be in Bristol this weekend for the Thunder Valley Nationals and see another successful event come together.

It’s easy to focus on what happens at the starting line, but there is so much happening behind-the-scenes throughout a race weekend. From the moment the gates open until the final run, technology and operations are constantly working together to keep things running smoothly. Between the racing, the people, and the view, it’s easy to see why this is a favorite every year.

Our team had a great week at The HPX 2026, and Sarah captured one of the biggest highlights perfectly: the people.

Now that everyone has had a few days to settle back in after HPX 2026, I’ve been reflecting on a lot of the conversations we had throughout the week in Charlotte.

There was a common theme that kept coming up across organizations of all sizes. Most teams are not looking for technology just for the sake of technology anymore. They’re looking for clarity. Simpler operations. Better visibility. Fewer bottlenecks. Systems that actually fit the way their teams work. That feels like an important shift.

For a long time, organizations were forced to adapt themselves around whatever software happened to exist. Now the conversation is changing. Teams are starting to ask whether their systems are genuinely helping operations run better or whether they’ve simply learned to live with inefficiencies over time.

Sometimes the answer is custom software. Sometimes it’s improving existing platforms and connecting them in smarter ways. The important part is understanding the operation first before deciding what technology actually makes sense.

That’s one of the reasons events like The HPX matter.

You get people from across the industry in one place having honest conversations about what’s working, what isn’t, and where motorsports operations are headed next. Charlotte felt like the right place for those conversations this year.

Really appreciate everyone who took the time to connect with us throughout the week. Leaving HPX feeling energized about where the industry is heading and excited for what’s ahead!

HPX 2026 is officially in the books. We really appreciate everyone who stopped by our booth this week. It was great reconnecting with longtime clients, meeting new people across the industry, and having honest conversations about the operational challenges teams are facing right now.

One clear takeaway: a lot of organizations are reevaluating how they approach technology. Not chasing new systems, but asking smarter questions about what actually helps operations day to day. Those are the conversations we want to keep having.

If we didn’t get a chance to connect at HPX, feel free to reach out. We'd love to learn more about what your team is working on. Schedule a conversation with our team here:

The show may be over, but we're looking forward to the conversations ahead. Thanks to The HPX team for putting on a great event!

Today is the final day of The HPX 2026! The best part of this week has easily been the conversations. We’ve had a chance to talk with organizations of all sizes about the operational side of motorsports and where things are heading over the next few years.

One common theme we’ve heard this week is the need for greater visibility across operations. Teams want to spend less time chasing information and more time focusing on what matters. Whether at the track or behind-the-scenes, efficient operations start with having the right information at the right time.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, there’s still time to connect with us at Booth #622 today. We’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about your organization and discuss how technology solutions may be able to support your team.

Day two at The HPX and the conversations have been great so far!

What makes this industry interesting is that there’s rarely a one-size-fits-all answer. Two organizations can have the exact same problem on paper and need completely different solutions in practice. We already know the unique demands of motorsports, allowing us to focus on solving operational challenges and improving workflows from day one.

We’ve enjoyed connecting with teams, series, tracks, and industry partners so far and sharing ideas on how technology can support race operations more effectively.

If your team is evaluating ways to modernize existing systems, improve operational efficiency, or develop technology tailored to your workflow, stop by Booth #622 and say hi to Ben and Sarah. We’ve love to learn more about your operation and discuss how we may be able to help.

Day one of The HPX 2026! One thing we've learned: organizations know something in their operation isn't working efficiently. But identifying the actual root issue? That's the hard part. That's where conversations start.

We work alongside teams to understand their workflows, find the friction points, and build solutions designed around how they actually operate. No two organizations run the same so their systems shouldn't either.

If you’re attending HPX this week, stop by Booth #622 and let’s talk through the challenges your organization is facing. We help organizations figure out whether they truly need something custom built or whether there’s a smarter way to adapt existing systems to fit how they operate. Sometimes the biggest improvements come from simply simplifying processes and making existing systems work better together.
