Boerger specializes in reliable and cost effective Rotary Lobe Pumps and Macerating Technology for the conveyance of low to high, viscous and abrasive materials. Our patented Rotary Lobe Pump is a self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pump and is available in 25 pump models with flow rates up to 7,000 usgpm. With representations and subsidiaries around the world Boerger is able to quickly and proficiently supply customized equipment to customers.

Two Boerger BLUEline Classic XL 3530 rotary lobe pump assemblies installed for secondary effluent service at a U.S. wastewater treatment plant.

Boerger service technicians Kyle McCollister and Jim Fitzpatrick, pictured here, handled startup of the pump assemblies and provided onsite support for the installation.

The “clean” version of the BLUEline Nova rotary lobe pump has been designed for conveying pure, non-abrasive media. Casing protection plates are not required. The pump with minimal dead space can be cleaned according to the hygiene procedures CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place).

+ With or without casing protection
