Our hearts, prayers, and love go out to our dearest friends & family members in the community, Mark Peterson & Tom Volz.

There are truly no words to express the hurt and sadness we are all feeling after their lives were lost in the accident that occurred at EAA.
Already both Mark Peterson & Tom Volz are missed beyond words.
We are so thankful for the passion and wisdom they brought to the Rotorway community and for taking us in, as if we were family.
One cannot say either name without a sense of pride and honor that comes with being able to say we know them💕
The countless years of service and devotion with Rotorway has made being apart of this family and community so special and one like no other
There isn’t a time we can think of that Mark wouldn’t set aside to answer a question, offer advice, or take the opportunity to talk to someone who needed help. And there isn’t a gathering we can remember that we weren’t laughing with Tom, or hearing his stories or watching videos of him working on his ship!
You are both forever in our hearts, and are beyond blessed with memories we will never forget, and are thankful for bringing such meaning and depth to so many lives.
The example set from both Mark Peterson & Tom Volz is one to remember, and one to be proud of, and we will do our very best to continue to spread the love for aviation they shared with us, to all those we meet going forward.
