Our friendly staff regularly works in conjunction with our in-house mechanics, maintenance personnel, and engineers to effectively resolve and efficiently find solutions to

any project. Our experienced staff uses the latest CAD software and equipment to create, manufacture and assemble, providing a quality product every time. Originally from the Midwest and growing up near tornado alley, Arthur Wells Leger, President of Well Made Manufacturing, relocated to Arizona as an adult and started up a small shop in Phoenix. His business quickly grew which allowed him to relocate to Stellar Air Park in Chandler. It is at Stellar where he has been able to further develop the company and expand into the sweeper and power washing industry. Leger has developed patent-pending equipment, that has aided local and countrywide sweeping and power washing businesses, allowing them to manage properties more proficiently and eco-friendly. With the always creatively expanding mind of Mr. Leger he has led his team of skilled engineers, welders and mechanics in custom designing and manufacturing the Twister Alley F1 sweeper. Well Made Manufacturing is very proud to have launched their first sweeper and has been featured on the covers of various publications. Such as Paver & Sweeper Market magazine and World Sweeper magazine. Well Made Manufacturing is proud to support our troops, veterans, and charitable organizations such as the World Sweeper Association scholarship program where with every purchase of a Twister Alley F1 sweeper a portion will go to a student in need. We are proud to continue our charitable support to help others while producing quality American craftsmanship and guaranteeing reliability in every product. We are seeking a Welder to become an integral part of our team!
The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:
-Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
-Install and repair various equipment and components
-Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
-Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
-Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
-Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
-Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
-Ability to handle physical workload
