We are looking to hire a LEAD CNC Mill Programmer, Must be able to use masterCAM.

East Valley Precision is currently seeking a LEAD CNC Mill Programmer to join our team.

East Valley Precision is located off Chandler Blvd and McClintock in Chandler AZ.

At East Valley Precision, we specialize in prototype and production work with quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities

Oversee the programming and operation of CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
Utilize MasterCAM and SolidWorks for precise CNC programming and design.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately.
Implement GD&T practices to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Manage workflow and coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
We are currently seeking individuals with the following qualifications.

Minimum of 10 years Advanced MasterCAM programming experience required.
Minimum of 14 years Advanced CNC Mill Setup and operation experience required.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROGRAM WITH MasterCAM FROM PRINT TO FINISHED PART!!!
5 Axis knowledge required.
FANUC Control knowledge required.
DN Solutions / Doosan 3 & 5 Axis machine knowledge a "BIG" plus.
UMC-750 5 Axis machine knowledge a "BIG" plus.
Apply knowledge of Programming and Machining characteristics to a variety of materials including Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Plastics. (Feeds & Speeds, etc...)
Develop and maintain CNC Programs for machinists.
Develop and maintain Tool Data Sheets as needed.
Develop and maintain Setup Instructions as needed.
Work with all related CAD, CAM and ancillary software programs to produce parts from print.
Must be able to set-up and operate CNC Mills.
Must have Knowledge of Quality Control inspection techniques.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Control management a must.
Knowledge of AS9100D Quality Control management a must.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be self-motivated and team player.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must have knowledge of G and M codes
Good mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T).
SolidWorks Knowledge a Plus
This is a Full Time Position, Days only from 7:00am to 3:30pm with overtime as required.

East Valley Precision, LLC. Has an Immediate job opening!!! Tight Tolerance, Fast Paced Machine Shop, Located off Chandler Blvd and McClintock in Chandler AZ is currently looking for an Experienced OMAX Waterjet Programmer / Operator to join our team.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in waterjet operation and programming OMAX.
This position requires the Waterjet Operator / Programmer to perform duties and tasks listed below to complete production jobs on CNC Waterjet equipment per operation process sheets.

Key Skills and Competencies:
• 5 years minimum OMAX waterjet systems operating and programming experience.
• Knowledge of OMAX equipment repairs and maintenance a big plus.
• Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting,
multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of calculating material
cutting parameters.
• Understanding of blue prints, DXF,DWG and various print file types.
• Must have experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Control management a plus.
• Must have experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such
instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD
micrometers, indicators and gage pins.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must be self-motivated and team player.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Job Duties
• Write programs to draw and nest blanks for 2-D using CAD files.
• Responsible for operation, loading and unloading material and parts, proving
programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring and inspection of quality
parts for conformance to requirements.
• Loads and runs prove out or proven programs per Operation Process Sheets.
• Ensures production run times are met per work traveler. Ensures production run times are met per work traveler.
• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine,
within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of
productions.
• Reports all machine malfunctions to Management.
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform
basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
• Suggest and implement improvements.
• Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Conform to the company’s culture of quality, service and continuous improvement,
while taking personal responsibility for your own actions and treating fellow
employees, customers and vendors respectfully and ethically.

Physical Demands:
• Must be in good physical condition and be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for length of shift.
• Constantly required to up to 20-55 pounds.
