The GRIT E-Stop Trigger is the "Swiss Army knife" of our Triggers — it ties into a machine's existing emergency-stop circuit and detects the tool running either from the run signal or an external CT on a load wire.

That covers CNCs, high-amperage tools, and 3-phase equipment!

It can automatically turn on an associated dust collector and configure blast gates when the tool is powered on AND, paired with GRIT RFiD, can block an untrained user from powering the tool on!

Its AC input tops out at 240V, so 480V machines used to need our pricier Industrial 480V 3PH Trigger. New this release: it also powers from 5–24V DC — the low-voltage control power many industrial cabinets already carry — so where that DC is available, a 480V machine can run on the E-Stop Trigger at less than half the cost.

Everyone had a great time while we accepted the CU Schools Foundation Local Business Community Impact Award! So far, the award has managed to avoid getting Cheeto finger prints on it (but just barely). You can read more about how we can help your school at the link in the comments

Our co-founders Joel Danowitz and Marco Nieto were honored by the CU Schools Foundation with the Local Business Community Impact Award at the Distinguished Alumni Honoree Reception on April 10.

Joel and Marco — both Central High School alumni — donated and installed a $41,000 GRIT workshop safety system in Central High's wood and automotive shops, including over 100 hours of their own labor. Every machine now requires student authentication before it will power on.
