A final moment of THANKS. Our small but mighty team here at KEC truly makes magic happen. From brainstorming bar layouts with business owners, and discussing ventless cooking options, to packing up smallwares to ship to restaurants around the country.... We couldn't do this without them.

The countdown to Thanksgiving is on.... while we think about turkey prep and mashed potatoes, something else also comes to mind.

The restaurant industry is not for the faint of heart. Like any industry, there are challenges but one thing that we are consistently reminded of is how great our partners are in the industry. Working alongside suppliers like Vollrath, Hobart, Atosa, and Vulcan (and so many MORE) make our projects fulfilling and successful.

We are thankful for successful partnerships and great kitchen equipment!

KEC helped a cusotmer turn their vision into reality in Neoga, IL! Check out Nehemia's Steakhouse, Thunder Lanes Bowling Alley (+ arcade) and Kirbside Coffee.
