JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a full time logistics employee, your responsibilities would include blasting required components, packing for ups and ltl shipments, and working with management to prep work for upcoming jobs. We utilize an erp/mrp software package and shipstation for order fufillment.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic computer skills; typing, web navigation, etc.
- Organizational Capability
- Commitment to excelence and quality
- Positive Attitude and the ability to work with a team
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Have an interest in the work that we do
- Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights of up to 50 pounds
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to blasting, packing, shipping, organizing and cleaning when necessary. We must help other team members when necessary and look for ways to optimize processes.

- Must be positive and communicate constructively, be a good team member.
- Ability to foster a close working relationship with other team members and self-managing
- Ability to follow directives and adjust workflow and tasks accordingly to customer requirements
BENEFITS AND PAY:
- Pay will be dependent on applicants experience level and capabilities - $16hr to $18hr
