Our RTR Series makes it easy, safe, and efficient to spin down larger coils into smaller coils.

In this video, we’re showing the RTR 16/15 "Reel to Reel" Machine in action. This model is commonly used to spin down master gutter coils into smaller coils for resale to contractors, but the RTR machines can be used for a variety of coil processing applications.

So, what do the model numbers mean?

⚙️ **RTR 16/15** – 16" coil center ID, up to 15" wide material and 300 lbs.
⚙️ **RTR 16/20** – 16" coil center ID, up to 20" wide material and 500 lbs.
⚙️ **RTR 16/24** – 16" coil center ID, up to 24" wide material and 500 lbs.

The first number identifies the **coil center ID**, while the second identifies the **maximum material width**.

For wider or heavier coils, the RTR 16/20 and RTR 16/24 feature a heavier-duty frame to accommodate up to 500 lbs. of material.

And we aren't limited to our standard models- Custom Reel to Reel configurations are available for customers who need different coil center IDs or material widths. We've built machines such as the RTR 6/24 and RTR 20/24 for applications requiring different coil IDs.
