As part of our Inside ACDI series, we’re highlighting another dedicated team member- Ramiro, Warehouse & Stockroom Lead, whose 40+ years of dedication have helped keep operations running smoothly.
Ramiro joined ACDI in 1980 and now oversees stocking—organizing materials, supporting production, and managing finished goods with accuracy and care. Over the years, he’s seen major advances in technology and quality, but his focus has always stayed the same: delivering great products and service.
He began his journey in braided, learning the full production process before becoming a lead and eventually moving into stocking, where he’s led the team for the past eight years.
What’s kept him here? The people. Ramiro values the strong relationships he’s built over decades and the supportive team environment.
His advice to new employees: do your best every day, stay focused, and keep learning.
🌱 Outside of work, Ramiro enjoys the ranch he owns, where he and his family care for farm animals—including his 97 chickens!
