Small Group Personal Training is BACK! π
Our Small Group Personal Training program combines individualized coaching, hands-on instruction, and the motivation of training alongside others. Led by Certified Trainer Morgan Perry, each session is designed to help you train with purpose, stay accountable, and continue progressing toward your goals.
Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improved mobility, or overall fitness, SGPT is built to meet you where you are and push you forward. Every workout is self-paced, adaptable to all fitness levels, and designed to challenge you in new ways each time you train.
Lower priced than individual training, itβs perfect if youβre new to the gym, wanting to give personal training a shot, or just looking to up your game in the gym... at an amazing value! πͺπ₯
We have 4 times slots available, each with 4 spots available. Price is $40 for members or $50 for Non-Members for each slot (4 sessions total).
Slot 1: Mondays June 15 - July 6 8:30am-9:15am
Slot 2 : Mondays June 15 β July 6 4pm-4:45pm
Slot 3: Wednesdays June 17 β July 8 8:30am-9:15am
Slot 4 : Wednesdays June 17 β July 8 4pm-4:45pm
