Boone Bound!!!

Finished up the week with a Bored 604. New life for this engine. .005” pistons , complete refresh.

Custom dyno tuned. Was able to address customers concerns with carb. Adjusted jets and changed air bleeds to get the fuel curve on point.

Ready for super nationals. No excuses driver!!

This one was bored out within IMCA-legal limits and given a complete refresh, giving it a fresh chance at life and plenty more laps ahead.

We are excited to officially announce that Horn Racing Engines is now offering our Super Late Model engine program!

We’ve spent a significant amount of time developing, testing, and refining this program from the ground up. Every part of the combination has been carefully selected with one goal in mind — building a Super Late Model engine capable of competing at the highest level.

We utilize top-quality components throughout the entire engine and have put countless hours into making sure every detail of the combination works together.

Our Super Late Model program is available in 440ci all the way up to 480ci, giving racers the ability to choose the combination that best fits their program and driver preference

We’re proud of what we’ve developed and are ready to put these engines in the hands of racers.

What better way to start the week than with a fresh Wissota motor! 🏁

This motor came in down on power and barely running. After a complete refresh and some extensive valvetrain work, she’s back running healthy and leaving the shop with more horsepower than it ever had originally.

Although we wish for a lot fewer rainouts …. Congrats to our own CJ for the Indy track championship.

This car ran our Wissota engine. As things worked out this has been our workhorse engine. Right now this engine is at 34 events 4 test sessions. It ran 5 laps at the second race of season with no water, ran entire feature at 315 oil temp after cooler cover left on.

After over 70 nights on this engine we expect it to only need pistons, valves, and normal wear items at end of the season. Quality parts, attention to detail, and relentless continuous improvement mindset helps our Teams lower their overall cost.

Not too early to start the groundwork for 2027 IMCA season. IMCA 602/604 crate, IMCA Late Model spec, IMCA Mod Spec, any of the IMCA open engines options.

We don’t post dyno figures because we don’t race dynos. We will share with interested and serious buyers.
