As Schimberg Co.'s CEO, Charlie Schimberg has made giving back part of their company culture, which includes running a United Way of East Central Iowa (UWECI) workplace campaign and sponsoring many of our annual events. Because of company support, like Schimberg Co., UWECI is able to continue sharing our impact with the community and creating positive community change throughout East Central Iowa.

Charlie believes that when individuals and companies give to UWECI, you can trust the organization to maximize your donation by directing it to the area of greatest need in our community. Charlie shares, "At Schimberg, Co., we believe it is important to give back. United Way is special because of their collaborative relationships with their strategic partners.
