I seem to always remember to start taking the before pictures after I've already started the demo work. Anyway, here's a nice bathroom remodel I just completed recently.

Seems like we are getting storms on a regular basis now that create havoc on siding, fascia and soffit. This one was back earlier in the year but was able to do this quick repair on a nice day.

This is one of my biggest projects to date. This customer had a really old garage and then the derecho put a lean on it that made it a safety hazard.I think I gained 10 pounds on this project as the customer always treated me with delicious treats.

I love new challenges to broaden my skills and keep things interesting so, on this episode of shenanigans at "The Waterheater house" not sure how this panel door got this hole in it but rather than purchasing a new one, the customer asked if I could save the old one. Didn't turn out too bad and then the customer got reproduction antique skeleton key locks which really made It look good.

On this addition of "The Waterheater House" when the new tub surround won't fit up the stairs we move the header. I'm sure some of you know with these old houses how hard it is to get furniture upstairs let alone us taller people hitting our heads. Problem solved.

We'll start with what I called the "Waterheater house". Funny (and expensive) story how it became the waterheater house. Next few posts will be about the "Waterheater house".
Below is the bathroom that got a much needed makeover.

This customer has been patiently waiting since April to get this exhaust fan in and we finally got it done and it was a challenging one. I put in some that were tough but this one's going to be towards the top of that list. Even had to make a widow maker hole saw extension.

Here was an interesting project. Basically just a new surround but with a product new to me kind of like lvp on your floor but on the wall. It looks like ceramic tile. I snapped a picture of the product. And you can't tell on the photo but that shower head was about 3 ft off the ground so we corrected that for the customer. Also I've never seen almost 2 in thick plaster behind the old tile and that put up a good fight coming off with wire mesh in it too.
