New shop made 90 ton press brake and the first project it was used on. Custom box out of 1/8” plate for a digital screen for one of our long time customers! Came out excellent. A customer brought in a beautiful 2002 dodge 1500 pickup truck with 47000 miles on it and says, "I just purchased this truck and there is rust issue with the frame rail, can you help me out?" We say, bring it on over and we will get you fixed up! Rotted frame section cutout, and new tube sleeved into existing frame, with secondary plating on top of that. Repair turned out great, and no more rust issues for our customer! Tip of the day: Always radius your corners to prevent stress cracks!!! Job for a customer of ours that owns an excavating company. The bore faces were worn down 3/8" from factory spec. 1/8" on the right, and 1/4" on the left. Built the faces back up with weld and got them back into the correct tolerance. Customer was extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of our work!
